RoboCop the movie

Omni Consumer Products sells off the police department in violent and near-apocalyptic Detroit. The firm pushes street officer Alex Murphy into an armed confrontation with criminal (updated post) boss Boddicker to test its crime-eradicating cyborgs. Robocop uncovers the company's dark ambitions and betrays them.
